About the Journal
Pratibha Srijan is a peer-reviewed multidisciplinary annual journal published by Anugrah Memorial College, Gaya, India. The journal was established in 2020 to provide a platform for fresh perspectives on emerging ideas across the humanities, sciences, social sciences, and education. It is committed to promoting rigorous academic scholarship and wider accessibility to knowledge. Through its inclusive, multidisciplinary approach, Pratibha Srijan seeks to bridge the gap between established researchers and emerging scholars. Preference is given to submissions that engage with the contemporary realities of different spheres of life.

Guidelines for Authors
1. Submission Requirements
Eligibility: Submissions are open to teachers, research scholars, and freelance writers.
Articles must be original and unpublished, ensuring no prior or simultaneous submission to other journals.
Languages: Articles may be submitted in Hindi or English.
2. Formatting Guidelines
General Formatting: Articles should be typed, double-spaced with 2.5 cm margins.
Font Specifications:
Hindi: Krutidev 010, font size 14.
English: Times New Roman, font size 12.
3. Referencing Style
All submissions must follow the APA (7th Edition) format for referencing and citations.
4. Content Requirements
Abstract: Include an abstract of 150-250 words summarizing the key points of the article.
Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that represent the main topics of the article.
Structure: Organize the article with a logical flow of thoughts and arguments.
References: The articles should carry all the relevant references/bibliography.
5. Plagiarism
All submissions will be subjected to plagiarism checks; any form of plagiarism will lead to rejection.
6. Review Process
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by the respective subject experts. Authors may be required to make revisions based on the reviewers' feedback before final acceptance.

Ethics and Policy
- There is no fee for submitting articles/papers/creative works to Pratibha Srijan.
- Pratibha Srijan is published only in print. The contributing author shall receive one complimentary copy of the journal.
- All submitted works will undergo strict review process by subject experts. The authors may be contacted during editing process to develop their work further. The decision of the editorial board will be final.
- Authors are requested to:
(i) Ensure proper acknowledgment of all authors, contributors, and sources.
(ii) Confirm that the submission is original and has not been previously published.
(iii) Disclose any financial support or conflicts of interest related to the research or project.
(iv) Take responsibility for thoroughly editing the language before submission.
(v) Make sure that the work is free from any form of plagiarism or unauthorized copying.
(vi) Notify the editor of any errors or inaccuracies discovered post-submission and assist in correcting them.
- Simultaneous submission is allowed; however, the author must inform the editors via email when their work gets accepted for publication elsewhere.
- Copyright for publication will be held by A.M. College, Gaya. The authors are free to use the published work for academic and self-archiving purposes.
- Any form of plagiarism will result in rejection of the submitted work.
